Breathwork can range from gentle, meditative practices to intense, deep-release methods.

TBW is a powerful and intense tool for deep release and clearing of emotional blockages, stress and stored trauma. It is a self-empowering, self-healing practice that uses our own breath combined with music.

I offer regular Transformational Breathwork Group Sessions locally and integrate this effective release work in most of my Seminars and Workshops.

This tri-level breathing technique focuses on a continuous, rhythmic breath flow, working holistically on the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of our being. By engaging in the Transformational Breath process, practitioners access a deep state of transcendence.

  • Assessment & Intention Setting – We evaluate your breathing patterns, emotional state, and goals for the session.

  • Guided Breathing Techniques – You are led through specific breathing patterns, often with adjustments to depth, rhythm, or pace.

  • Body Awareness & Release – Breath therapy often brings up physical sensations, emotions, or memories stored in the body. But you are not alone. Together we allow whatever chooses to surface and begin a process of release and integration.

  • Emotional Processing & Integration – I make sure you find yourself in a safe space to process emotions. We then reflect on insights gained from the session.
